Make your own: Chipboard Accents
Chipboard is so popular right now! By making your own chipboard accents, you can add a custom look to any scrapbook page. Follow the easy steps to make your own chipboard accent" Elsie Flannigan 1.Draw or trace a shape on plain chipboard 2.Cut the accent out with scissors or a craft knife. 3.Paint the accent a fun colour 4.Try buttons, flowers, stickers, jewels...anything that appeals to you.

I've cut chipboard into a curved arrow, coloured it using VersaColor ink in Orange and Canary, heat embossed it with clear powder and added flower transfers.
I've also used:
White Bazzill
DCWV Glitter Posies Textured Paper - Gigantic Paisley from Charmed
Yellow grosgrain ribbon from Dovecraft
Orange card (for the hidden journalling) from The Paper Cellar at Huntingdon Garden & Leisure
Saying "Each photograph is a story captured in a single moment" from elegantwordart2 and printed onto vellum
The photograph was taken during Easter week 2007, when my friend JoJo, her husband and little boy came over for a barbecue. The weather was so much nicer last year and we were able to sit outside and eat without getting too cold!

I removed my last post as I said I had 32 die cutters! Is there that many about and if so, where the heck would I put them all if I had them? LOL
Here's the ammended post:
I don't have a die-cutter that'll take chipboard. So yep, it is hand-cut, then sanded to get smooth round edges.
I have 2 machines - a Xyron Personal Cutting System and an Ellison Tag-A-Long. I'd LOVE a machine that'll take chipboard, but until then I'll hand cut. Especially as I can fool even the very experienced crafters like you Pinky :D :D :D
Thanks!!!!! It was completely blissful. I so rarely come to the UK -maybe once a year for a brief hello in the past 13 years -everyone seems to come out here!!!! I loved spending so much time with mum and dad -they are getting old now and beginning to slow up so every moment with them is precious.
Thanks for visiting me.... the PIF prize will be posted sometime this weekend when I can steal a little me time!!!! I hope you will visit!
Bonne nuit!
