My Crafty Time

I had a crafty time at the end of yesterday. After printing out some numbers and letters, I used them as templates to make some cards. Here's a number card I made for my cousin's son who's birthday is today. I painstakingly took each of the negative parts of the telephone peel-off and placed them on blue card. I will put the other 2 cards here when they've been received by the birthday people during this month.



During the last few months, I have made some cards for my sister's O/H. He keeps forgetting birthdays so asked for some belated cards. Here's the ones I made.

Christmas Cards

Well, I'm back home after nearly 3 days at mum's. Have managed to get the Christmas cards uploaded that I made for David's Nana.

These are cute 4" square cards with matching envelopes. Each card has a Christmas greeting printed inside and on the back:

Gonna scare you all now as it's DECEMBER 1st on SATURDAY!! Time to get the Christmas decorations from the loft and put them up I think. I like to get my money's worth from them. Just had a look around to see if the tree will fit in my room as things have been changed and moved around. I think I've worked it out. Anyone got another suggestion?

This is me

To all those (you know who you are) that said I should get a blog, I have! Now you're going to see just how exciting my life is.

I'm British and we Brits are obsessed with the weather, so the forecast for today is dull and grey, but the sun's trying to break through. As I'm not going anywhere, I'm not too bothered except that it's so cold.

I'm crafting later today. I have 12 Christmas cards to make for my ex's Nana. Shouldn't be too hard as she wants 4" square ones with matting and layering and a picture topper. Need to make matching envelopes too and must print the backs and insides before I get crafting.

Will be back soon with more I'm sure. Until then, take care and if it's cold where you are, wrap up warm.
