Certified

Some of you know my youngest sister has been at Birmingham Bible College doing a one year Children's Ministry course. It meant moving to Birmingham and she got her certificate last night. I was pleased to be there to see this, but unfortunately never got any photos.

Here's the card I made her. Once I'd finished it I remembered what I had planned to do ages ago and this wasn't it, but I had no time left to make another one. She liked it though.

I used a piece of black card and after folding it to make an A5 card, I then folded the front half back on itself before cutting it in the shape of a 'C'. I covered this with pink paper and used the same paper to die-cut the rest of the letters. I used silver pen to add stitching detail on all the letters. I added a piece of pink ric-rak (held by silver brads) to the inside of the card. The flowers are held on by wire and the metal embellishments (cross and bible) are held by brads.
